The Ocean Properties Vacation Rental Cancellation Policy: Should it be necessary to cancel your reservation; all prepaid amounts will be retained as liquidated damages unless written notice of cancelation is received at least 90-days prior to your arrival. Penalties will be waived if the unit is re-rented at the same rate, and for the full term of your reservation. All cancellations are subject to a $90 cancelation fee.

We loved the condo and the direct access to the pool.

The condo was awesome. Very spacious and open living room, kitchen and dining area. It was nice since we have a large family. We loved being right next to the pool, it was kinda like having our own pool.
