We had a great time in New Smyrna Beach! The property was clean and easy to find. The host was very responsive and communicative. The dryer was not working from the last renters but there was a repair man already fixing it when we checked in. We had a great time! Highly recommend.

This condo provided a wonderful setting for family...
This condo provided a wonderful setting for family to be together. The rooms were large and well kept. The kitchen and living area were very spacey. We especially enjoyed the two screened in porches. Make sure you ask the the hostess to give you detailed instructions on where the gate keypads are located and also which code goes with which outer gate. This took us a while to figure out when we first arrived but was easy once we figured out the system. Step by step instructions would be helpful for the first visit.

Beach Condo
The property is beautiful and the condo itself is very spacious. Large living room and dining area. Oversized kitchen that was very well equipped for cooking. Plenty of space for everyone. Ocean and pool views as well. Will stay again and again

Great condo just across the street from the ocean
This Oceanwalk condo has one of the better locations to access the beach and the pool/hot tub. Perfect for the adults and teens in our party. The condo is very spacious and has most of what you need in stock. We did need to bring our own paper towels and there wasn't any laundry detergent, but that's not atypical of individual rentals. If you forget anything, Publix is just up the street and is a nicely stocked Dollar General Market.

ocean walk 2021
Had very nice stay. A couple of maintenance issues were immediately addressed by the owner and the repairman was great.

Always a wonderful stay
This is our second time staying in this condo. Everything was just as perfect as it was the first time. Very clean! Great communication! Highly recommend!

Amazing family vacation!
We loved staying at this property!!! Very nice location, clean pool areas, lovely spacious condo and super easy check in/checkout process. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Ocean Walk overall is well maintained, nicely landscaped and clean
The 3 bedroom condo we rented was very, very nice, clean and had everything one could need to enjoy their time there

Great place with easy access to the pool and beach.
We loved our stay. The pool and hot tub were great after spending most of the day on the beach. I thought about using the workout rooms, but never actually did because I was on vacation and didn’t want to get up that early.
The condo is very spacious and we had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids.
New Smyrna Beach is only 1.5 hrs from Disney. We drove down for a day to go shop at Disney’s a Springs and have dinner.
If we ever stay in New Smyrna again, we will check to see if this condo is available.
