We went here for my 60th birthday. Everything was as described. The condo was clean, good ocean view. Great club/ restaurant across the street. Everybody was nice, Todd was very thorough and accommodating. Short walk to the beach. Very close to St Augustine, beautiful city! Unfortunately we had two days of bad weather out of our 4 days there, other than that, a great experience! Will return to this condo on our next visit. Thank you!

Was a very pleasant, restful experience. Perfect place for a fur baby. Easy access to dog walk, pool and parking lot - short walk, on private access, to beach which was very clean and dog friendly. Todd was very friendly and accessable.

The property is perfect for a couple! Dog friendly! Great space and location! Crescent Beach is a beautiful quiet place away from the bustling beaches. Close to St. Augustine if you want to visit! Wonderful food places near us - Kookurra for coffee, Safe Harbor Seafood for great fresh seafood and big portions, and Viola's for great pizza! We will definitely be back!

First day we had problems with the lock had to call the owner he came was very polite and he explained how to used it. The sofa bed mattress very uncomfortable my grandson couldn't sleep on it sofa was not clean. Other than that we had a nice time everything else was fine.
