The owners were very communicative, the location is in the center of the downtown area, the house was clean, comfortable and supplied with many amenities, cleaning products, toiletries, coffee and even a bottle of wine. We truly felt like we were staying at a family members house. Also St Augustine is a very nice walkable city. I will definitely stay here again.

We had the best time staying here. The property owner was so responsive, and made the checkin process seamless. We were a 5 minute walk to everything, including restaurants, shopping, the White Room (wedding venue) and more!

Quaint little unit, perfect size for a couple. All the furniture was in great shape. Very quiet neighborhood close walk to all the events. When it rain yesterday afternoon, it was very relaxing to sit on the front porch and listen to the rain and watch the people walking in the rain.

We visit St Augustine every year for the Festival ...
We visit St Augustine every year for the Festival of Lights…..have stayed on the water at ‘The best of the best’ - have stayed at B and Bs- have stayed at the best of hotels. There is no beating 1800 Victorian for locations and the accomodations. We plan on staying here every year from now on. Happened to meet the owner while checking out- kind and gracious. Thank you and see you next year!💕

We loved our cozy stay at the 1880 Victorian. The location was perfect for the two of us. It was in easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The apartment was just as described but also had so many thoughtful extras. Many of the extras had been suggested by past guests. We would happily stay there again!

Amazing location! Property was even nicer than we expected and the property manager/owner was very nice and a good communicator. We couldn’t have been happier and will definitely stay here again.
