Fabulous home from the 1880’s right in the heart of the historic district. Our 1 bedroom apartment was well appointed with everything needed for a great stay and the 2 decks off the apartment made for great views of the district. Communication with the owner was outstanding.

My husband, teen daughter and I very much enjoyed our first visit to St. Augustine. We were so pleased that this location was convenient to everything and had a parking spot. Greg was great with communication and check in/out process was easy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We did not have time during our stay to enjoy the two amazing deck spaces. We would definitely come back again to this great property in the historic city of St. Augustine. Thank you Greg for everything!

St. Augustine is our favorite place, so we spent the weekend following our wedding here at in Apt B. It was fantastic! We have stayed many places in St. Augustine, but this is hands down our absolute favorite. You truly can't beat the location, it is just so central and convenient. We even came in for a nap one day! The bed is SO COMFORTABLE. I have back issues. I had zero issues sleeping here, and no waking up in pain.
The coffee pods and creamers offered in the room were a nice touch (some tea or cocoa options would be welcome for non-coffee drinkers).
I can't recommend this enough, and we will 100% be back again. Stellar communication, comfort, and convenience is a winning combination.

We enjoyed the cozy apartment with the thoughtful wine and coffee! Parking seemed to be at a premium at times, so the parking space was extremely convenient and appreciated. The Columbia, Pizza Time, and Maple Street Biscuit were all very yummy, and it was fun to walk around and see the lights at night.

The 1880 Victorian had us when we parked in our exclusive parking place right across the street. When we walked into our 2nd floor home away from home we were greeted with a spacious great room. Upon exploring we found a big bedroom with a balcony and a big back deck off of the living room.
We loved the location as we never had to use our car. We were within walking distance of all the restaurants we had chosen.
We would choose 1880 Victorian in a heartbeat the next time we return to St. Augustine. The complementary bottle of wine is a nice touch. Thank you Greg and Bob.

We arrived at checkin time, followed instructions ...
We arrived at checkin time, followed instructions for entering the house and went to our apartment.
However, door was locked. Host had said door would be open and keys inside.
We phoned and texted. Finally got a call back from host at 4:45. It turned that another couple had been given access to our room when they had shown up. They were directed to our room, left their bags and locked the door.
Local resident assistant showed up to untangle the situation. We finally got into our room at 5:45.
The rental unit was fine once we got in.
Pictures of unit were accurate.
Host returned $50 from our original payment for our trouble.

Great property and host. All the highlights of St Augustine are within walking distance. The property was very nice and very comfortable. The host was excellent with communications and provided great information about the location, parking and amenities. I highly recommend this property for anyone staying in St Augustine.
