Lizy is an excellent host, with attention to detail & responsive communication. The studio is clean & well organized, and includes excellent local recommendations. It is very enjoyable to walk the surrounding quiet neighborhood streets and up into the nearby historic downtown. We much enjoyed the balcony, for morning breakfasts and especially evening beverages watching lovely sunsets - occasionally joined by a local owl in a nearby tree! I highly recommend visiting St Augustine from this treetop nest.

While the location of the home was great and easy walking distance to historic St. Augustine, the studio apartment had no heat until the second evening when we contacted the Host and let her know. She did come to the location, thinking the heat unit was working fine and we just didn’t know how to turn it on. She found that the window heat unit was NOT working and brought us a small space heater from the garage. The unit was chilly and the portable heater was noisy.

Cute little apartment perfect for two people! It was easy to walk downtown and explore and walk to local restaurants for dinner. Apartment is clean and well furnished. Listing is accurate regarding stairs and interior. Host is friendly and helpful. I would rent again.

A quaint apartment just a short walk from the festivities at Christmas. We had everything we needed for our 3 day stay and enjoyed not having to deal with traffic and parking.

We stayed 3 nights over the Thanksgiving holiday to see the nights of lights. The location was perfect, exactly as described. Minutes walk to downtown area. The home was awesome, 3rd floor. Stairs are exactly as advertised, small but they are very sturdy and good handrails. So they were plenty easy to manage. Owners / hosts were super people, easy to contact and speak with. Were very kind and helpful with a special need my wife and I had and it worked out perfectly. Place was nice, clean, relaxing. Next trip to St Augustine this will be the 1st place we look into booking. Fantastic trip thank you both for your hospitality and kindness.
