Perfect location and everything you need!

What a gem! My family loved staying at Playa House. Short walk to the beach, short drive to the sights. Enjoyed having the separate downstairs older boys could hang in. Amenities and furnishings all provided a comfy time while at the house. Would definitely recommend.

Nice cozy beach house right near the ocean.

Check in process was easy. The house was cleaned when we arrived. BUT the house was not like it looked in the photos. The stairs and deck are rotting and need to replaced. They were shaking every time we used them. Very unsafe especially with young kids. They need to replaced ASAP. The couch has a big hole which was covered with a blanket. Communication prior to our stay was poor. I took weeks for a response.

We decided that we would meet once a year and spend some time together. This Vacasa rental was perfect for us. The only thing being in Florida was that when we left the A/C automatically went to 82 degrees so when you went back after a day in the sun it was very warm in the unit. Very near the ocean and convenient to grocery and/or eating out. Enjoyed relaxing, playing games and sharing memories.

We enjoyed the proximity to the beach. The cleanliness was good. However, we were disappointed with the stairs only being outside. Our family has young children, so to make sure the kids weren't unattended, we had to split for the night. One adult downstairs and one adult upstairs. Some improvements would be nice like non slip added to back stairs.

It needs a good deep cleaning and there is some needed maintenance, especially on the decks. Decorations are nice. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and eating. Two decks add to the space.

The property is situated in a very quiet neighborhood about two blocks from the beach. It makes for a very relaxing getaway.

Fun at the beach in a comfortable beach house. Great sunrise over the beach, easy access to a beautiful beach. Close to Historic Old St Augustine and other attractions.
