Very convenient to downtown points of interest and ideal for two seniors for space and accommodations. Regrettable we only had one key but managed well. Visitors relatives and friends from Ponto Verdra and Ormond Beach on separate days but did not stay overnight we’re very impressed and good publicity for you. Thank you Graham & Eileen

This was our first time visiting the area and we could not have chosen a better location. We were able to walk almost everywhere we visited, but still just a couple blocks outside of the busy section. We could sit out on the balcony and have a quiet cup of coffee.
The host sent us a list of activities and restaurants but there is also a binder on site with suggestions.
I love that there are other units that can also be rented. We want to go back with friends and family another time and love that we can stay close but still have our own space.

Our stay to see the Christmas lights was very nice...
Our stay to see the Christmas lights was very nice. There were 2 bedrooms 1 bath and a small kitchen. Everything you needed for a short stay. Off road private parking and a short walk to everything in historic St. Augustine. Easy check in and out. We will be coming back to stay and would recommend this place to anyone wanting to see St. Augustine.
