The condo was clean and in a good location with stores and restaurants near by. It is in a gated community with a private beach which is walkable within the community and is accessible with a key fob. It is a 15/20 minute drive to Old Town St. Augustine and very close to the St. Augustine Lighthouse. We enjoyed the fact that there was almost no traffic in this area compared to Southeast Florida where we used to go. The communication by the owner was excellent. We stayed for two weeks and would not hesitate to rent from this owner again.

Highly recommend! Todd was a wonderful host with great communication. Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at this cozy condo. It was very clean, bed/pillows were so comfy and the location was perfect. Will definitely return the next time we are in St. Augustine. Thanks again Todd!

We stayed for 5 nights and it was the best location we could have picked. For a December visit, we didn't care to be on the beach but having the beach access was definitely nice. Room was very comfortable and any concerns were addressed immediately by Todd. Thanks again Todd.

The private walkway to beach was amazing. The sunrise was beautiful and not many ppl on the beach. Host responded quickly to questions or concerns. Condo was neat and clean. Looked just like the pictures. Minutes from historic district. Great location. Overall great experience.
