The location is perfect to enjoy all downtown St Augustine has to offer. The house was spacious with plenty of room to spread out. It also has a large open area to hand out all together. The front porch is inviting and a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee. We would stay here again in the future!

Perfectly located for walking to venues! Very spacious for the 4 adults we had and extremely clean. We had one issue with the battery going out on the front door (no fault of anyone's) and after a quick call maintenance was present within 15 minutes and we were in! Unbelievable service!

We really enjoyed our visit. We were able to spend time with family and the weather was great! Thanks to the hosts for great communication when I lost the door code. The house was perfect and location was close to everything.

We have been enjoying our stay here. It is very close to historic St. Augustine, an short walk will take you there. It is an easy drive to different beaches and state parks. The property is clean and nicely decorated, it has everything we need. Clear communication and prompt response to questions from the hosts, which is a plus.

The house was spotless and nicely appointed. It was close to everything. You can easily walk to every attraction in old town including the fort. It is a very short drive to the beaches and fishing piers.
