The house is situated close to excellent restaurants and shopping. It was extremely clean and comfortable. All we needed was there! We loved sitting on the back deck toward the end of the day. The sun was shining on us and it was so relaxing looking out over the marsh at all the birds. The only shortcoming is space in the Master Bedroom for luggage and personal belongings. There is a closet but no dresser. It was a bit tricky. Also in the Master bath there needs to be shade. Regardless we would absolutely stay there again!

I surprised my girlfriend for our 2-year anniversary and we stayed at 198 Riberia. It was everything we had hoped it to be and more. Having the space to relax and enjoy as well as a kitchen to cook when going out is difficult (she suffers from severe food allergies). This was a perfect location and on the recommendation of my parents who stayed in the unit next door last March, I am so glad I listened. We walked everywhere. We have found a special place and look forward to coming back!

This property was exactly as described. It looks like it's a pretty new build which made for a very clean place. I enjoyed sitting both on the front porch and the back porch.
It would have been nice if the bedroom windows had screens on them so at night time we would have been able to open them to get the fresh air instead of have to use the air conditioning. The location is wonderful and is definitely walkable to the Downtown historic area of Saint Augustine. We did walk down the street to the Blue Hen Cafe for breakfast, that Andrea and Danny recommended. We got there 2 minutes before it opened at 8 AM, and were very glad we did as the line starts getting longer later. We also walked down the street to the St Augustine Fish Camp. The food was very reasonably priced and quite good. We did have to communicate with the owners one time and I received a response within 10 minutes. The area is very walkable and safe.
Overall, it's just a lovely place and I would definitely rent it again if I were going back to St Augustine.

We spent two nights at this property and were incredibly pleased. The home is gorgeous and very, very modern. Beds were comfortable, lots of nice amenities, and the sunset view from the rear porch couldn't be beat. Close enough to the things you want to see to be convenient, yet far enough away to be quiet and secluded. Excellent location and would definitely recommend if you're looking for a spot in St. Aug.
