Great app, easy to find, great location. Very clean with all the pool and beach items you will need. I mean they have chairs, towels, shovels, bags, coolers, sand castle, boogey boards! Everything. The property needs attention ASAP in two areas. The first is the sliding glass doors are terrible and I mean very annoying. Hard to lock not secure and you are forced to use a wood dowel every time that isn’t even cut to length. Terrible and borderline a safety concern. Just get up dated doors yours are 20 plus years old. The second need is the carpet and padding. It needed it years ago. Way overdue or just put hard wood floors in would be the nicer option. They picture are great but when you see the carpet it ruins the rest. Other then that we really liked the complex and location just a lot to pay for the two above issues.

Wonderful condo, superb access to beach, amazing pools, one is heated which can be great for little kids in cooler months, good access to downtown and all of the other amenities of St Augustine. Nice decor, well supplied.

The balcony views from both the living room and master bedroom were amazing

Terrific location! A minute to the beach, 15 minutes to St Augustine historical district, 25 minutes to beautiful Washington Oaks Gardens.<br /> Kitchen is small but well-equipped, including spices and oils. Black-out curtains and comfy bed in master bedroom were appreciated. <br /> Unfortunately, no bike racks in the complex and the internet frequently went out for short periods of time.

We love this area, and have stayed at this condo development before. The property is perfect, well equipped, great location, etc. Very clean and comfortable. We had some difficulties communicating with the local manager on some specific questions which was resolved after we left, but that is no reflection on the owner or the property.

This property had everything we needed.

This was our 2nd time here and we love it! Fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, dog friendly, and very clean! Highly recommend!

Although we enjoyed our stay at this location and felt the kitchen was well equipped, the carpet and bathrooms were in need of replacement. Carpet was nasty with lots of stains.

Great place to escape to from daily routine.
