No parties are allowed there. We have a gazebo with picnic tables that is close to the pool that is suitable for such gatherings. Due to the buildings policy no one under the age of 25 is allowed without the presence of a chaperone. No tolerance policy. Police will evict anyone that breaks these rules immediately.

Perfect Location!

We really enjoyed our staff here! The location was literally across the street from the beautiful beach! Watersports vendor within walking distance! The condo was clean & fully stocked! Loved the chest on the patio with beach necessities (Umbrella, toys, chairs, etc)!

Great View

Thank you for helping us make booking our vacation the easiest ever. Your condo was very comfortable (especially The king bed) I loved the view and it was so nice to just walk a few steps to the beautiful white sand private beach.

Close to the beach

Great condo, steps away from the beach. Condo provides almost everything you need for a comfortable stay. Owner was great to work with. Nice swimming pool on property.More

The elevator takes you to the top floor. As you walk in you will probably go straight to the balcony because you will see the great view of the golf, you can even hear the surf.
