The bow, located off the master bedroom, is a screened porch with a hammock - the perfect place to drop anchor and take an afternoon nap. In addition to the attached porches, this home includes a ground-level outdoor sitting area with table and chairs and lighted pathways. To complete the seafaring ambiance, a lighthouse home is also located within the property. At this delightful boathouse you are just a short 8-20 minute drive from Florida’s famous beaches including Siesta Key (ranked #1 beach in the US and #5 beach in the world by the 2017 Travelers’ Choice Awards), or just a few block’s walk from our gorgeous bay or downtown Sarasota where you find an endless array of dining, shopping and nightlife.
