Cabin Holiday Rental
This luxurious, spacious, custom built cabin sits 50 feet from the rushing white water of the Coosawatee river on the south side, and 50 feet from a babbling brook with water falls on the east side. There is a nature trail beside the brook and provides a beautiful short hike. The river is not deep, and could accommodate some wading, fishing, rafting, or kayaking. Beautifully designed and decorated, there are heart pine floors through out. The great room has a stone fireplace, comfortable leather furniture, satellite TV, stereo and windows that provide a fantastic view of the river. The fully equipped kitchen features a stone island with cook top and hickory cabinetry. The two master bedrooms each feature a queen size bed, and deck. Both private bedrooms each have their own screened in porch. The game room features a custom bar with refrigerator and sink, pool table, satellite TV and stereo. The 8'-0 wide wrap around covered deck provides a great place to grill a meal and spend time enjoying the view and sound of the river, even if it rains. Last but not least, enjoy the hot tub under the stars on it's own elevated deck and beautiful view. This place has it all. Come enjoy what nature has to offer. Truly a mountain paradise retreat! Please do not stress HVAC or leave hot tub running hot when not in use(keep on 90degrees) Please do not take furniture outside or take glass off of porch. Do not put loose trash in outside bins. ALL trash must be inside bag, in large bins outside. Do not over fill tubs, hot tub, or leave hot tub temp high

The perfect escape.Tranquility at its best!

This is a beautifully decorated, and well-stocked cabin right on the river's edge. You can hear the sounds of the rapids from every room in the cabin. It was so peaceful, I didn’t want to leave. My mother and I will definitely be coming back!

Located in a gated resort in the town of Ellijay, it's just 90 minutes from both Atlanta, Georgia and Chattanooga, Tennessee. The house faces a 100 yard wide section of the Coosawatee river, full of rapids and wildlife, that runs through a beautiful valley. The town of Ellijay has a newer area that has several good restaurants, a movie theater and shopping, then there is the original town square that is surrounded by Mom and Pop restaurants and shops. For golfers, there is Whitepath G.C., a beautiful mountain course with a driving range. For wine lovers, there are 5 wineries to enjoy wine tastings in Gilmer county and purchase local wines.
