We chose this location so that we could do the Toccoa falls and white water Chatooga. It was in the middle of both and right at Tallulah state park. House was very spacious and everyone had their own bed. Our family of 5 usually has a hard time with hotels getting everyone a place to sleep. The house is in the woods so you can hear nature all around. We will definitely be back.

Thanks to Chris & Wendy for opening up their beautiful cottage to our family. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated and very spacious. Nothing beat playing cards and board games with the family on the screened-in porch! The cottage had all the amenities we needed and even a few extra. Being right at the Gorge was great and we even ventured down to the local boat landing and had a cool dip (need a 4x4 to get back up). Even though the cottage had neighboring homes, it was as if we were the only ones around. The quiet we experienced was a welcome reprieve from our daily hustle. We will definitely be staying here again!

Cottage was comfortable and well-supplied with everything we needed to enjoy our get-away from the city to nature. We wanted to get our teen boys unplugged and they enjoyed running around the yard, roasting marshmallows in the fire pit, and fun evenings of games around the table. I loved bird watching from the screened in porch in the mornings. The location is THE ideal base for exploring Tallulah Falls -- less than 1 mile from the visitor's center and hiking trails.

I really wanted to write this review before the hustle and bustle of the office dimmed my vivid flashbacks of our time at the Tallaluah Falls Cottage! The location is the first win about this rental! So close to the State Park entrance, an amazing Coffee/ Tea Shoppe, so quiet, and peaceful. The property has the most efficient layout- SPACIOUS! My family of 5 slept comfortably and each of us with PRIVACY! My tween, and teen daughters enjoyed playing board games on the lovely porches and visiting with the horse across the road! The decor of the cottage makes you feel that you are literally walking into a mountain retreat/spa. It is rustic, yet with all the modern comforts, plus filled with love! The owners have provided EVERYTHING in the kitchen for a chef to use, as well as houshold products to clean up after yourselves. They have thought of everything. Communication with the owners was readily available and that was such a comfort since we planned this getaway in the 11th hour, and had a very narrow window of time all together. They were kind and very helpful!! I told my husband, we will definitely be back. We LOVED Tallalulah Gorge State Park, but felt at home in THIS Cottage!

We absolutely loved our stay here. From the porches to the fireplace to the horse and cows across the street…even the adventure of driving in on the gravel roads. It rained out last night and listening to the rain hit the roof and fall among the trees was so relaxing. So many things to explore in the area too. Hope to be back again soon!

We had a great time, the home was even more spacious and more sleeping options that I expected. It was clean and inviting and communication was great!

Cottage and property are beautiful. Owner was always there if you need anything. The area has great falls and plenty of things to see. Decks are fantastic and the cottage has everything you will need.

This cottage is very roomy and offers bedroom privacy with being on 3 different levels. Very cozy and nicely decorated. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything needed for cooking. In summary, a BIG bang for the buck, money well spent. Owners are easily available to answer questions. A perfect rental solution to our needs. I HIGHLY recommend. FIVE stars!!!

This house was perfect for our family to get away, spend some time together, and see some waterfalls. Location was amazing for getting out in nature and away from everything. Communication was phenomenal. Would book again in a heartbeat.
