A group of friends getting together for a short break - this was perfect. Loads of room, lovely pool to use if the weather is good and a beautiful outlook - very peaceful - we had a wonderful stay.

Lots to love about staying here. So relaxing. The pool was great and I particularly enjoyed the abundant bird life: eagles, owls, parrots and wrens. The house is spacious and comfortable. Can highly recommend.

My overall stay exceeded my expectations.
I stayed with my family and a friend with her children ,ages varied from 3- adults.
There was more than enough space to keep the adults and children entertained,children kept enetertained by the pool and a quick stroll to say hi to the farm animals or to collect freshly laid eggs.
The local woolworths was conveniently located 5 minute drive down the road.
If i could have i would of stayed an extra week,this farm stay is definitely the break i needed from the hustle and bustle of sydney.
Highly recommend 👌

The house was located inside a farm with views to rolling hills so it was a beautiful view all around. The lay out of the house was great for kids to run around inside and outside. Bed rooms and bathrooms were clean but a suggestion is to get rid of the cushions and the kitchen could be slightly cleaner. This is our 2nd time in the property.

I booked this property for a family trip with my parents and my two children (10 and 13). The experience starts as soon as you enter the farm gates, with beautiful gardens and glimpses of sheep, horses and chickens. The house is well appointed with many thoughtful touches throughout. My mum is wheelchair bound and the facilities within the house were easily accessible for her which made it stay a breeze. The kids made great use of the pool and it was lovely to sit and enjoy the view of the mountains and countryside.

Communication with our hosts was excellent and the property was easy to find. A great size house for us to enjoy and spread about in. One of our number has mobility issues and he had absolutely no problems in the house (the showers were a good size for him to negotiate). We definitely weren't on top of one another with the open area, separate lounge, deck area and lovely grounds. The only things we were disappointed with were that the back deck needed to be swept (which we did - a quick run over with a blower/vac would have been great), the back table and chairs were in dire need of a clean prior to use, the BBQ hadn't been cleaned, the fridge needed defrosting and under the microwave needed a wipe (unsightly). Also a number of the lights inside and out needed replacing. I think these things were an oversight and would be easily fixed by the owners for future guests. There wasn't any gas when we went to BBQ but Kel quickly came to our aid and eventually sorted us out. These things I have listed as negatives shouldn't prevent anyone from booking this lovely home. The abundance of birdlife, the horses and the cute lambs were a bonus! Once everyone arrived we had a wonderful time at a great property and all of us would definitely come again! Thank you, Kareena and Kel for your hospiality!

We were two families looking for a place that our 5 kids (ages 4-15) could play and explore, and the adults could explore and feel enough at home to cook. We all loved it. The house was comfortable and very clean. The kids loved the games provided and seeing the farm animals. We loved the walk at Fitzroy Falls, exploring Kangaroo Valley, op shopping at Nowra, doing the walk at the Lighthouse at Culburra, The Mill Market at Pyree, picnicking, shopping and beaching at Huskisson and exploring the cemetery and beach at Gerringong. So much to do in this area - we stayed 4 nights which was great. Very well priced for the budget conscious.
