The warm interior is very spacious and the cabin can accommodate up to 10 people. The big peace to get out of everyday life! High speed unlimited internet available. A small step and there you are, right on the shore of a clear lake in a dream setting. You can fish for brook trout (truite mouchetée) or jump in the lake and swim, decision is yours. About 10 minutes drive (7km) from the village (butcher, bakery, gas station, grocery store and SAQ). 4 bedrooms (bedding included) each with queen beds (+1 sofa bed in one bedroom), 2 bathrooms, wood fireplace and propane fireplace (November to April), washer / dryer, full kitchen. Whether with family or friends, this cabin will meet your needs. Bring only your food and towels, we take care of the rest! Pets are welcome, but with some restrictions! Non smoking chalet. Here is the layout of the rooms... On the ground floor: Large family room with wood fireplace, babyfoot table and bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor: Living room, Dining room with propane fireplace, Fully equipped kitchen, Bathroom. 2nd floor: 4 bedrooms with queen beds - one of the bedrooms has a sofabed. Outdoors: 4 seasons spa 6 to 7 places, BBQ, Outdoor furniture. Outdoor fireplace with wood provided (not usable in winter). Nearby activities Winter - Ski slopes and tube sliding in Montcalm (12 to 15 mins) - Mont Garceau St-Donat ski slopes (about 30 mins) - Cross-country skiing - Racket - Skate - Snowmobile - Mountain bike rental Cherstey - Dog sled (Rawdon) - Skating rink on the lake at Ste-Marguerite du Lac Masson and dog sleds (27 mins) - Arctic Aventure (Snowmobile rental) Summer - Fishing or swimming just 8-10 minutes walk from the cabin - Atlantide complex, water park (10 mins) - 3 beaches located in the towns of Rawdon, Entrelac and Saint Alphonse de Rodriguez - Regional Park of the Ouareau Forest at Notre Dame de la Merci - Rawdon waterfalls park - Golf course in Montcalm - L'Esterel golf club (20 km) - Fat Bike - Aerial slide in Rawdon - Dorwin Falls Regional Park in Rawdon - Atlantide complex, water park (10 mins) - Equestrian excursions on purebred horses in Estérel (10-15 mins) - Cavaland A 50% deposit of the total is required when booking (70% refundable if a cancellation request is made 45 days before the arrival). The balance is due 7 days before your arrival. Rates are for 8 people, 25 YEARS AND OVER; $ 50 per additional person (10 people maximum). CABIN RULES: A signed contract is required before the stay. When you leave, you must return the chalet to the same condition as it was on your arrival: - wash, wipe and store the dishes in the cupboards; - empty the fridge, freezer and pantry; - empty and remove garbage cans from the kitchen, bathrooms and other rooms; -all doors and windows closed and locked; - close the BBQ gas; - turn off the interior fireplace (leave the pilot flame only) For the winter period: - lower the thermostats to 16 ° C at the end of your stay; - close the SPA cover and lower the spa temperature to 60 F; P.S. You will be charged if those rules are not respected. When you book, we will give you the exact information and the detailed route to find us. We apply strict hygiene and sanitation procedures, cleaning and disinfection of rooms, common areas and bathrooms.
