Nothing but positive to say!

Larry and Deanne B’s rental home was nothing but clean and homey. When we had any questions they’d answer immediately. Absolutely gorgeous view, quiet and just simply beautiful! Already looking for next year! Highly recommended

Breath taking view

Great location. You can go in any direction for an adventure. Oh and that hot tub when you return is great. Wildlife every where. The home is cozy with everything you need.

About the neighbourhood

Our home is on 2 acres surrounded by forest. It is very private. We have beautiful perennial gardens from which you can pick fresh herbs like lemon balm and mint perfect for a delicious sun tea. It is very well furnished with many amenities. There is an incredible array of things to do in the outdoors during all four seasons. Whitewater rafting, hiking to beautiful waterfalls or up mountains and gorges, canoeing or kayaking on Moosehead lake or the many remote ponds and streams, fishing, hunting, and bicycling. Leave right from the property to access the extensive ATV or snowmobile trail system and B52 site. Book a moose safari to view our incredible wildlife with our local guide service or take a Moosehead Lake cruise on The Katahdin.

Getting around

A vehicle is necessary. We are just under 6 miles outside of Greenville Center and 5 from the house to Lilly Bay State Park. Greenville has restaurants, shopping, a grocery store, gift shops, gas stations, bars/pubs, the Katahdin Boat, banks, and much more. Guest can access hiking, snowshoeing, ATV and snowmobile trails.
