The location of this condo is wonderful. We arrived Friday, parked our car, and did not get back in the vehicle until the day we left....you could walk everywhere. The famous Marginal Way ( a walk right along the ocean) is about three minutes away and we walked it daily...it is a must for anyone who visits. Downtown Ogunquit is about a 15 minute walk and there is also a trolley that will take you there that is 2 minutes from the condo. The condo had a well appointed kitchen, comfy beds, and plenty of seating in the living area to take in the gorgeous views of the ocean. It was still warm enough to open the windows and be lulled to sleep at night by the crashing of the waves. I can't say enough about the location of this condo...it is spectacular! The owners, Trish and Ed, were able to give us suggestions on where to eat, etc and Trish greeted us on arrival with some fresh baked goods. It was a memorable weekend and I would not hesitate to stay again at this Oceanside paradise!

My husband and I stayed here in August with our two young daughters (2 and 4 years old). Trish and Ed have a beautiful place in a gorgeous location, and they couldn't have been nicer. The condo is fully stocked with anything you'll need from beach towels to lobster pot. Its located right in Perkins Cove, a walk away from shopping, lobster rolls, and ice cream. The views are breath-taking and we spent most nights watching the sea from the Adirondack chairs on the property. Who could ask for more? I'd recommend this place to anyone seeking a relaxing, fun family vacation. Thank you, Trish and Ed, for sharing your place with us. :)

We loved our week in this amazing apartment on the ocean. It's modern, clean, well maintained, and with a well-stocked kitchen. Trish and Ed are very helpful and close by if you need anything. The sound of crashing waves was relaxing and rejuvenating, we splashed in the water, collected sea shells, and went for long walks on Marginal Way. At night to see all the stars shimmering and reflecting on the water, beyond romantic.

The apartment was a perfect location for us, modern, clean, well cared for, and we had everything we needed for our stay. We loved that you can open a window and hear the crashing waves, smell the sea breeze, and just admire the view of the vast ocean. It was magical waking up in the morning to see the orange, red sky meeting the blue water at sunrise. We loved our walks on Marginal Way, we went almost every day into the village for candy, chocolate, coffee, and baked goodies. It was so restful, just to walk around in the back on the private beach and pick up shells with our daughters as a reminder of our wonderful week at the ocean. We felt welcomed, and the owners were nearby if we needed anything. Thank you...

I've been coming to Ogunquit since I was 5 (wow, that's 41 years now). This visit was by far the best ever! The owners, Ed and Trish, couldn't be more hospitable. Not only do they provide every single item we needed, they welcomed us with a delicious blueberry/raspberry/lemon bread from a nearby bakery...such a nice touch. They've taken great care to ensure that their home feels like your home. The interior design is so beautiful, with comforting, soft tones that flow from room-to-room. My favorite place was the padded bench in the corner of the living room. I used it as a reading nook, although I'd often lose my concentration because the views were simply so mesmerizing. Speaking of the view, you're surrounded by the ocean from every room in the house. You won't need to turn on lamps during the day because natural light pours through the walls of windows. We kept the windows open throughout the day and night to allow those refreshing breezes permeate the house. In my opinion, the location is the best. It's literally on the edge of the ocean, surrounded by Ogunquit's rocky coastline. Being in the heart of Perkins Cove allows you to watch the tall ships come down the harbor inlet, passing under the drawbridge to where they dock. When you walk across the bridge, pausing in the center, you see the never ending expanse of the Atlantic. There are restaurants and lovely shops in the Cove. If you feel like venturing into town, but don't wish to drive, just hop on the trolley. But so much better than that is to walk Ogunquit's famous Marginal Way, which starts right in the Cove. The views are breathtaking! There are benches tucked in private spots along the way, and if you are young at heart, you can climb out on the rocks. Every night, I was lulled into a peaceful sleep by the rolling waves that lap against the shoreline just outside the bedroom. I made it a point to never miss a sunrise, enjoying coffee brewed by the friendly folks at "Breaking New Grounds" next door. And at night, more stars than you realized exist put on the most heavenly display. Without a doubt, you will never forget your time and experiences here, and you will want to return...I know that I can't wait to do so!

Coming in from Florida, we are very used to vacation resorts. Last year we went to Amsterdam, London and Paris and stayed at 4 star hotels, all of which were very nice. This year was our domestic vacation, where we went to Ogunquit, ME. The condo we stayed at was truly outstanding. The views are magnificent and the location ideal. It honestly exceeded expectations and the people renting it could not have been more hospitable. I would rate this better than the wonderful hotels we stayed at in Europe. A fantastic vacation resort!
