We had a wonderful few days at Blue Heron. The house was recently redone and spotless, with a sweet backyard with picnic tables, a grill, and a firepit, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Just a few minutes’ walk down a lovely, quiet street to Footbridge Beach, which is one of the access points to the gorgeous stretch of beach that extends from Ogunquit to Wells. Yami was a great host and we would definitely stay here again! A perfect spot for a pandemic getaway, since the house very clean, we could get contactless takeout from any of a number of restaurants within walking distance, or we could cook at home. And folks in the neighborhood and in Ogunquit are taking health precautions seriously, which is heartening.

The property was clean and accommodating in every way. We vacationed with a family of 5, including a baby and had absolutely everything we needed. The location is perfect and everything about the beach house was honestly perfect!

My family has been coming to the foot bridge Beach since I was a little girl. We have stayed at many places in the area. The cottage was absolutely beautiful and so clean and well appointed. I loved the privacy of the backyard and the proximity to the Beach Plum farm and the Beach. We had everything we needed and our hosts were helpful and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time and highly recommend the blue heron. It was the perfect size for 4 adults and 2 children. You could walk down a short path out back to the beach plum path for a great view of the ogunquit river. Of course the best treat was the 5 minute walk to footbridge beach which is our favorite. Thanks to Yamillet and Peter for a great location and all the comforts of home while being so close to the beach.

Our family had a wonderful time staying here. The house was clean and beautiful and a perfect distance to the beach for us. Yami was a pleasure to work with. We will be staying here again next year!

We enjoyed the summer home with our son and his family and we were delighted with the proximity to Footbridge Beach. Beach Plum Farm was so beautiful and only a walk through the woods. Proximity to trolleys and local landmarks was only a walk to the end of Riverbank road. Wish there was an extra 1/2 bath, but all in all the property was lovely.

We had a good time and easy access to the sea. The house had all amenities except the washer / dryer. The owners were very kind to us! Maybe back next summer!
