It has been almost 10 years since we stayed at this property! It felt like coming home. Appreciated the addition of a/c units in two of the bedrooms upstairs. Also enjoyed the new furniture on the front porch. Can’t beat the location - within a mile of the beach, half mile to shops/restaurants and peaceful neighborhood at night. Perfect!

It’s a great location-short walk to the center and beach. The house has nice porches with plenty of room. Owners are attentive and thoughtful - would stay there again.

This property has an easy comfort to it. Lovely angled porch. Very well located just a short walk from town, but up the hill far enough to be away from the bustle of traffic.

This cottage was an easy walk to beaches, restaurants, shops and entertainment. It worked great for the 4 of us, each had a bedroom and shared the 2 baths. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The large screened in porch was great to enjoy into the evening. The sunny backyard was wonderful in the morning. I would highly recommend this property. The owners were friendly and quick to respond to any inquiry. Great memories were made!!!

The property was beautiful and the location was amazing. We were able to walk downtown and to the beach. The house was spacious and there was plenty of room for 8 adults. The only thing we wish we knew was you need to bring your own sheets, it wasn’t a big deal but we wish it was in the description when we booked the property. The hosts were so kind and checked in to make sure everything was going well during our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here!

House was perfect for 8 women. Location was fantastic, we were able to walk everywhere.

Great house to ren highly recommend and would stay again. Very close to town which was a bonus. The house itself is comfortable and spacious. Check in was easy & liked that they sent the text pre check in and out made it very helpful and even easier.

The house is laid out well and impeccably clean. Hosts are very good at communication and everything I’m the house worked well.

We truly enjoyed staying at your home. My granddaughter and I played in the house and outside - great fun. As you are driving distance to the beach, all of the family spent time at the beach. Great location. Very relaxing and cozy at the house.

We had a great time staying in this well equipped home in a great location, with easy access to the beach, the Marginal Way, downtown and Perkins Cove.The house provide everything we needed And we'd stay for hours in the comfortable kitchen. Beds were good, and location was great.We had a problem with the TV and Andrew came and promptly fixed it. Karen and Andrew were both very helpful.
