Rented this house for my son’s wedding across the road at the 1774 Inn. It was just what we needed for easy access for our extended family and for us to stay the night after the wedding....we didn't want the magic to end!
Patricia & Litty were super communicative and attended to our requests quickly.

Great stay and really cute house!
It was wonderful, we rented it because we got married across the street on the weekend. We rented Tuesday-Sunday so we could come up early, have some time, an extra space for loved ones

Beautiful Maine Vacation
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Parker house! Just as describes with a picturesque and quiet setting. I would definitely recommend staying here, we especially enjoyed spending evenings in front of the fireplace.

Great place highly recommend!
The description and pictures are very accurate of the property. It has everything needed for great getaway, fully stacked kitchen, plenty of towels and comfy beds. Location was perfect (for us) although if you have small kids proximity to the road and lack of fence could be a concern. We liked being near the state park with great views and plenty of open spaces to walk and having close access to rest of Maine (highway 15 minutes away). There is also a nice pound to swim in just the down the road with fresh water and five minute walk (again for those without kids as the area is adjacent to a road and it gets deep really fast). There is an inn across the street from the property and they were having a wedding with loudish music there while we were staying.
However it ended at 10:00 (not sure if his is typical) while we didn't mind it (actually liked it lol) others could feel differently. Loved the porch area that was fully enclosed, so if the bugs are to much it offers a nice retreat, you can open all the windows and have no itch next day! Another nice touch: we have dogs with us and we were provided with cages to keep them locked up in case we left them alone. All and all would stay there again!!
