Spacious 4 bedroom shorefront cottage on Sebago Lake! Large, sunny kitchen and cozy living room. 2 full baths, entertainment room, washer and dryer. Beautiful views, sandy beach, private lakeside dock and boat mooring. Great fishing and boating. Short drive to hiking, biking and local general store. Boat rentals and other water activities close by. 45 minute drive to all that Portland has to offer or to outlet shopping in Freeport (LL Bean). Breezy in July and August is what Maine summers are about. Some times Southern air dominates with hot hazy days of summer. More often, though friendly Northern air, dry with 85 degree days cool nights are just about perfect. September is off season and the best kept secret in Maine. Travel a little and take in great shopping, antiquing, golf, watch the eagles and eaglets by boat (less than a mile away). In September good restaurants are still open but the crowds have taken their children back to school. In case of inclement weather you can relax in the Entertainment room. Smoking is not allowed in Breezy Cottage, but is allowed outside if smoking materials are picked up and disposed of safely. Fires are allowed in fire pit provided outside of House. Pets must be discussed with Mr. MacGregor prior to bringing them.

Amazing

Amazing location! A lot to do for kids and adults. House felt like vacation with the deck overlooking the beach. Wonderful breeze in the afternoon. Owner was super nice and helpful. Definitely worth every penny and a return year after year.

How to get there
The West Shore of Sebago is serviced by The Portland International Jetport (28 Miles). Amtrak by Transportation Hub in Portland (28 Miles) or by Car via the Maine Turnpike (24 Miles from Turnpike to Breezy Cottage). By car: Take Scarborough exit from Maine Turnpike, after exit turn left on Payne Road (1st traffic light). About 1 mile turn left on Route 114 (west) - there will be a Shaw's Market on right, gas station on far right and Sam's Club on far left. Take 114 for about 23 miles until you come to the second sandy beach. Gemmes variety store is on right. Breezy Cottage is only 1 mile away. Follow 114 up the hill, turn right on Anderson Road. Third road on right is Highland Rd. House on right at the end of road is Breezy Cottage
