We loved the quiet and being able to walk through the woods. And we even swam in the icy cold cove!

First, the pictures in the listing do not do justice to the luxury of the cabin. The place was a lot nicer than we expected. In fact, we would have paid more. The place is perfect for anyone looking to getaway and unplug. There are no neighbors & the property is secluded on a cove. We enjoyed the tide coming in/out & sitting out on one of the 2 decks. The kitchen was well stocked with gadgets & utensils, beds were comfortable, couch on the bottom floor was the perfect lounging/hangout spot when not taking in the views of the surrounding area. This property offered it all. We hope to be back. (One minor thing is our GPS took us to the wrong location, so you might want to ask for detailed directions)

Cannot say enough about the location, the view from the house. Very easy check in and check out. Super comfortable house, kids friendly. Will return there in a hert beat!

A very relaxing get away. The property was well taken care of and the surrounding area had some nice paths for a little walk in the woods. The house had everything we needed, the kitchen was well stocked, the queen bed on the first floor very comfortable and the livingroom was comfortable with great views of the cove. We really enjoyed using both decks. Coffee in the morning on the top deck with the sunrise into the cove was very beautiful. Everything was clean upon arrival and there was plenty of supplies to help keep it that way. For others info, there is a bin for garbage outside the door, not labeled well, may want to add that, we almost didn't catch that. Only other note we would make is that the hot water unit is a bit loud and may need some maintenance soon. Thank you for a wonderful time.

The pictures don't do this place justice! The house is spacious and well stocked-just no fridge items or spices so definitely do thorough grocery shopping. The windows and view are spectacular! The waterfront is gorgeous with such fun at all the different (and extreme!) tide levels! It's the place to sit and enjoy the view, read, bike, walk, kayak and enjoy the peace and quiet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Deep Cove. The home is a spacious, beautifully built light filled space. We kayaked biked and hiked daily.

I have stayed in many cabins over the years. I have stayed in CA, TN, KY, and FL. Several things I would like to have known. Upon arrival, we had to guess the direction to go for the cabin. Guessed wrong the first and almost could not get turned around, We called for better directions but were on our own. We did find the cabin. Upon opening the front door the smell was horrific. Trash had been left in the house. We called the owner. She said she would come get it that night. I told her we put it outside in the bin. She said she would come get it the next day. Two days latter I text her to ask to please come get the trash. I also text to let her know we did not have a fitted sheet for the Master Bedroom... No response. We later found the sheets next to the washing machine. They were dirty and needed washed. So, day three we were able to rid the trash smell, wash sheets and get rid of a pan of grease that had been left in the oven. Had I known we were going to have to clean I would have planned accordingly. Would we stay again? Yes, but I would plan to clean and ask to arrive early to make sure this was done. Great house, great view... just was not expecting to clean.

Jouse had noyt been cleaned so we had to do it ourself. House was comfortable, but location was superb if you want a remote, quiet experience. Water access was good, kayaks nice touch, but use has to be times to the tides.
