We had a girls weekend and wanted a place we could hang out, cook, drink, and relax. This house was perfect! Kitchen was stocked with all the items we needed.

We enjoyed the property very much. Thought the tv in the bedroom had cable too but it did not. Would have liked to know that ahead of time

We had such a nice stay at this house. The house was clean and located close to many activities. It was a perfect size for our family. Our only challenge was the road that leads up to the house. It is a gravel road with many deep potholes. Other than that, we had a great time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Winter View is a lovely home, the view is all woods. It had almost everything we needed. Supplies were there that we were told to bring. Suggest bringing nightlights and portable fans if you rent in the summer. The small bedrooms didnt seem to have a/c and were hot. Wish there was WIFI, but we survived without it. Sloan Tract Road isnt a road. I have lived on dirt roads and this isnt one, it's a driveway. need good ground clearance on your vehicle.

We made ourselves right at home and enjoyed cooking in the great kitchen! With just a short drive we were able to take advantage of kayaking, hiking at the state park, live music at the local tiki bar! While at the house we appreciate the deck for grilling and relaxing, as well as the spacious yard where we made fires and played corn hole (we brought our own boards). I cannot say more good things about Deep Creek Lodging Company either! They were very responsive to any questions and well organized! The house was easy to check in and out of, and was extremely clean!
