Property and house very neat and clean. Pics were a bit deceiving. House is much smaller in the living area. Pet friendly and said that there would be 2 crates available, there were no crates. Fridge doesn't get very cold and oven was out of order. The oven made it hard w/6 kids that eat nuggets and fries. Overall very nice.

The check-in and check-out went smoothly, but the app never worked. If you require guests to use an app please send them the correct codes, or don't bother

Bedroom ceiling was leaking upon arrival. Bed linens were water stained. Hot tub was not serviced prior to visit. Hot tub was serviced while vacation was in process and made hot tub toooo cold to use. Hot tub technician did not inform us of his arrival. He needed access to the house and did so without our warning. We could have easily lost one of our pets because the exterior door was left open. When all of this was brought to the attention of Railey Vacations the property managers , no compensation was given. Very Poor customer service..
