Very close to the beach for family & pet friendly fun! This magical 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home on a quiet cul-de-sac on Cape Cod in the Sea Captains' town of Brewster. Brand new split AC units installed for air condition in every room! Close to everything including directly across the street from Nickerson State Park and the bike trail. Enjoy lazy summer days in the sun or long walks on the famous Brewster salt flats as the tide moves out. It's just a 10 min walk down Crosby Lane to the serene Bay beach. Our home has been freshly painted and renovated with a new outdoor shower. The home sleeps 10 people comfortably in four private bedrooms. It is welcoming and decorated to include all of the comforts of home such as a dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, Internet, and a BBQ grill. The living...

Wonderful beach house for family fun!
Great proximity to the beach, only a 5 min walk for the family. New outdoor shower is great after a lazy beach day. John was very responsive for checkin and questions. Even some beach toys were made available for our children to bring to the beach with us! Having a pet friendly house made it also very easy to have our family dog with us, overall it was a wonderful relaxing week with family friends

One of the BEST vacation stays I have ever had!
The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for a family get together. Everything we needed was provided, the host was responsive and welcoming. The location was perfect! An easy walk to the beach for early morning adventures with my grandchildren, as well as fun in the sun and waves, and beautiful sunsets. We could easily walk back to the house for lunch, and had no worries about the teens in the family adventuring out on their own. The bike trail and Nickerson State Park with its pond access for kayaks and swimming were also within walking distance, which provided many outlets for varying interests of family members. Hanging out on the beautiful porch, playing yard games, cooking out on the fabulous grill, and evening walks in the quiet, family-friendly neighborhood made this an ideal vacation! The host welcomed us with a bottle of wine and coffee for the morning, and having linens and towels in the house really made our vacation easy. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic week on Cape Cod
Very nice property. Location is excellent, quiet end of cul-de-sac, 10 minute walk to very nice beach, easy access to Rte 6A and all that Brewster has to offer. Very near state park and beautiful bike trail. House is clean and in very good condition. Minor problems included creaky floor in one bedroom, noisy fans need to be replaced. Kitchen nice for a house that size, we did some serious cooking for up to 12 people, appliances and cookware fine but could use some new frypans and a bigger lobster pot. Outdoor grill is awesome. House was functional for up to 12 people some nights, would be better for 8-10 people, driveway fit up to 5 cars. Yard is small but you can play bocce, frisbee, etc on the beach. Owner was pleasant and very easy to deal with. Thanks to the owner for a great experience.

Good house, excellent location.
For starters, the Cape is the perfect destination for a family vacation. We had made it our family vacation for many years, and are delighted to make it back even for a few days after taking a few years off. In general, I would call this a so-so house with generous space in an outstanding location. The house is indeed just a 10 minute walk from the beach, which is just beautiful. The flats make for fun exploration of lady crabs, spider crabs and hermit crabs with the kids as the tide goes out. The water was bath-water warm and perfectly clear. The house itself is located just a few minutes’ drive from the rotary in Orleans; Jomamma’s breakfast & lunch place; and the all-important Cobie’s ice cream shack. The house is clean, freshly painted and perfectly respectable though it feels a bit tired. Floors sag a little, the top rack of the dishwasher doesn’t pull out all the way. There are a lot of beds. It is a stretch to say the house has air conditioning, which consists of a portable room AC that smells musty when you turn it on. The owner would do better to leave AC off the listing – you only need AC a few days of the summer on the Cape anyway, though we happened to be there during all of them. The screen porch is terrific. All in all, we had a great time and were entirely happy with this house. We appreciate having found a nice house in a great location at the last minute, and we had a great mini-vacation here.

Wonderful location DIRECTLY across the street from the scenic Nickerson State Park! Lovely cape activities include the rail trail bike path, numerous ponds in the park, and the legendary Cobies ice cream and burger shack! Not to mention a short stroll away from the famous Crosby landing beach! Liquor store is 1000 ft away on the main St.
