House Rental
Central air conditioning added in 2021. New Eastham house (built in 2003) is located near Campground Beach on Cape Cod Bay. Nearby are the Atlantic Ocean beaches Nauset and Coast Guard, bike trails, nature trails, the National Seashore Park, great restaurants, and the quaint towns of Orleans and Wellfleet for all your shopping needs. The new home has a deck and screened-in porch, is open light & airy, and is beautifully decorated. The house accommodates eight people with three queen beds & two twin beds. The house is located approximately two miles from our other Eastham house. We have have received very positive feedback from our guests who have stayed at our house.

A great family vacation!
This was a great house! The sleeping accomodations were perfect for my family. The house had everything we needed and the location was ideal for staying in Eastham. The bike path had several entrances near the home and being pm the bay side of the cape allowed my wife and I to relax on the beach even with small children. Having a screened in porch too was a huge benefit of the house. Nice to have dinner outside without being dinner for the local Mosquitos.
