Booked a stay at Bentley Brook with friends and kids for New Year's Eve. Paid deposit, paid for room. Almost 2 weeks later owner cancelled my reservation sighting some technical glitch. Now it's mid-December and we're scrambling to find something. Full refund, but what about our plans?!!! Neither TripAdvisor, FlipKey or the owner have done anything to correct this. It's more than just the money, if I had known there was an issue when I booked I could've booked elsewhere. Now our plans are ruined. Book at your own risk as the owner or TripImposter can't seem to get in sync and you'll be left high and dry.
