The loft is a unique one bedroom apartment on the second floor of an 1880's carriage house with a full kitchen and bathroom. It is a clean, quiet and secluded space with skylights, huge beams and angled ceilings. There is access to a private beach on the warm side of Buzzards Bay- perfect for swimming, water sports or just relaxing. Our 4.5 acre property abuts the Great Neck Audubon preserve, is one mile from the Little Harbor Golf Course and is before the Cape Cod bridges and the traffic jams on the cape; its only one hour from Boston or Providence. Dog friendly but we have to discuss prior to rental. We respect our neighbors privacy and do not permit large or loud parties. If dogs are approved they must be under the owners supervision at all times. Dogs are not allowed on furniture (inside or outside) The premises must be left in the condition of the beginning of the lease.
