This is a fantastic house to stay in during your vacation to the Shanty Creek area. It’s clean, spacious, and has a well stocked kitchen. We were in want of nothing! Kathy Mantey is a fantastic hostess, and a great communicator. Our family would love to return to this home next year.

Great home to relax before and after the slopes!! So close to skiing and snowboarding! Nice grocery store close for extras and of course Shorts is just down the road!!
Host answered any questions right away. In this day and age you want to feel safe in your rental and we did!!

Great space with bedrooms on 3 different floors . Nice to have 3 full bathrooms . Great decks to enjoy the outside . Easy to get to places like Torch Lake , Bellaire . Elk Rapids . Enough cooking supplies , 2 grills , always great to have enough garbage bags , toilet paper when you rent . Highly recommend

Around the corner from Shanty Creek. Use of the Lakeview Hotel pool and hot tub was a hit. Tubing was also fun for all.
