There was no possibility to contact the property even though it is managed by a company. Even though I've been trying for hours, they didn't answer phone calls / emails.
After contacting Vrbo, they didn't succeed in contacting the property as well.
When we arrived at the property, it was very hard to locate but eventually, we found out that another family is staying there, although we had paid in advance.
So far we didn't get our money back.
We were a family of 2 adults and 4 children, and we needed to find another place to stay at 22:30.
