Walk to the MN State Fair a do not miss event before Labor Day.

Lovely vacation home in a quaint, walkable neighborhood
This was our second year in a row staying here, and we'll definitely be back. The vacation home has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including all kinds of kitchenware, linens and towels, reading material, and several board games. Every room has an air conditioner, and there are plenty of beds and pull-out couches. The neighborhood is lovely, very green, with bunnies running around and even wild turkeys, and there are several cafes and a grocery store a 5-minute walk away. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. All in all, a great experience!

The owner of the house doesn't have any sense of human touch
We booked the house for our annual reunion but couldn't materialized it because of the spread of COVID-19. Hence, we were forced to cancel the reservation. Because we cancelled the reservation due to the spread of COVID-19 (not out of our free-will), we requested TripAdvisor and the owner of this house to fully refund our money. The owner refused to fully refund us under the pretext of the cancellation policy. It is true that there is a cancellation policy that we should be abided by it. However, the policy shouldn't be applicable to this extraordinary times especially when the whole humanity is making a very extraordinary of understanding and helping each other. The owner of this house doesn't have any sense of human touch and business ethics. It is unfortunate to see this.

Clean and comfortable, great location!
This property was very comfortable and in a nice neighborhood. It's always a plus to see families and couple out walking the neighborhood at night. Our family felt at home almost instantly. Added bonus that the master bedroom has a little reading room attached with a sleeper sofa, which was a perfect place to set up my toddler for the night. The first night was a little cold, December in MN and all, but the owner was very receptive to our needs and turned the heat up. On-site laundry a HUGE plus. The shopping complex recommended by the owner was in a questionable neighborhood, but we found a Super-Target a little further North on 280. Easy access to highway and great distance to downtown and the mall: just far enough but not too far.
