Please dispose rubbish daily and place dirty linens & towels in laundry basket. Only paying guest as per booking number can stay.

This apartment is located in spacious lush green park, 10 minutes walk to famous Shell assam laksa, KFC & Pizza Hut restaurants, 6 major banks, food court, bus stops, Sunshine Farlim, All Seasons Mall, Giant and Desa Permata Sports & Swimming complex. Take bus 203 to Air Itam Old Market Interchange to take another bus to Penang Hill Railway Station and Balik Pulau. At Air Itam Old Market you can take 15 minutes walk up to Kek Lok Si Temple complex and 30 minutes hike to Air Itam Dam and if you have more energy there are several hiking trails from Air Itam Dam.
