The rubbish bins (there are two, i.e. one with green lid for general rubbish and yellow for recycling) need to be placed on the edge of the driveway, near to the road side on Wednesday evening. The trucks will clear them Thursday morning. There are to be no parties at the house. There is a noise restriction mandate from the Council from 10 pm to 7 am. Please clean bbq after use . If found dirty it will incur a $150 cleaning fee.

Great stay

My husband and I were in town for business . We wanted to be able to cook and also be close to everything. What a great find. We are quite fussy and this villa exceeded our expectations. The bed was ultra comfy and everything looked...More
