Nice, modern, one bedroom home on one acre. Close to Branson. It has a fully equipped kitchen with seating for six. There is a coffee pot in the kitchen and most anything that you would need for your stay. If not, just ask.
We supply trash bags and one roll of paper towels.
The bedroom has a queen size bed and dresser. The bathroom has a tub/shower enclosure. Linens are furnished. There is a blow dryer in the bathroom.
In the living room you will find plenty of seating with a regular sofa as well as a queen sleeper sofa and a rocking chair. The living room also has a flat screen tv w/satellite and a corner fireplace.
There is a laundry room with washer, dryer and an iron and ironing board for your convenience

Pets are to be under 50lbs, non shedding, housebroken, non-aggressive and are not allowed on furniture. You must vacuum before you leave to ensure all pet hair is gone. Sorry, no cats. Only one dog. We will require a credit card to keep temporarily on file in case of damages.
You may smoke outside only.
Upon check out please leave the cabin clean.
Please do your dishes and put them away before leaving.
Put used towels in the hamper.

We stayed just for a short time but loved the scenery, proximity to the river, and the neighbors!! Lots of fun, no matter what your tastes are! Cabin is tidy and accomodated all of our needs! Wish that we could have stayed longer!

Owners were very nice, friendly and accommodating! The view was great! It was quiet and relaxing. Home was exactly as stated. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Ready to book my next stay and will definitely recommend to my friends that travel in the area!!!

About the neighbourhood
Lil' River Cabin is located in the heart of Ozark Mountain Country. We are close to all the Branson Attractions, Table Rock Lake and James River Outfitters, LLC. There is also a golf course 15 minutes away!
Just 21/2 miles off of Hwy 413 and 265 in Galena, MO. Take Hwy 248W to Blunk Road. Turn onto Blunk Road and drive approximately one and 2/10 mile. You will see the Lil' River Cabin on the left.
Nice country neighborhood. The home sets on an acre of land. You can enjoy a peaceful hike to the James River Arm of Table Rock Lake. There you will find a public use area with a boat ramp. It's only a 1/2 mile drive or walk from the cabin to swim or fish here.
Getting around
James River Outfitters in approximately 2 miles from the cabin. There are stores and restaurants within 2-3 miles and Branson West is only a twenty minute drive south.
