Outdoor and indoor pools, hot tubs, mini-golf and a putting green, picnic areas and volleyball courts, tennis and shuffleboard, a glittering lake and convenient marina- you name it, the Suites have it. Stroll through the resort gardens in the morning, head down to the Aquarium and Clubhouse with the kids in the afternoon for exciting activities, tour the resort’s 3000+ movie rentals for the perfect late-night family showing, or head over to the state-of-the-art fitness center after a dinner grilling session to burn off those extra portions. A comprehensive Activities Department, ping-pong tables, a children’s pool and onsite playground, a heated outdoor pool and horse shoe pit- whatever your age, whatever your idea of fun, you’re bound to find something to fall in love with at the Suites at Fall Creek. ADVISEMENT MARINA WINTER HOURS UPDATE: The marina is open 8am until 4 pm and is closed Wednesday and Thursday. The resort is in the process of replacing the indoor spa with a brand new 10 person spa. The indoor pool and jacuzzi will be closed until 03/05/2020 during these renovations. The outdoor spa will remain open during the renovations. The resort will be replacing the current mini golf with a brand new full ADA mini golf, during this time they will be closing the course for construction from March 9th to May 1st. Parts of mini golf may be playable. Contact the Front Desk for inquiries. All guest amenities, such as the Activities Center, Fitness Center, Business Center, Pools (indoor/outdoor), Hot Tubs, Mini Golf, Shuffleboard, Tennis Courts, and other on-site activities are currently closed until further notice. All reservations that have an alternate guest checking in should make prior arrangements with the resort. Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals. AT CHECK-IN At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made, credit card for $300 USD security deposit and a nightly rate of $9.95 Resort Fee will be required at check in. The deposit must be made on a major credit card - cash and pre-paid debit cards are not accepted. Resort Fee includes access to WiFi, recreational facilities, indoor/outdoor pool, fitness room, mini golf and boarding pass printing. POLICIES & PROCEDURES Elevators are based upon availability.
