A $200 security/cleaning fee is refundable if the house rules are followed. Weekend rentals I supply linens and towels. An adult be present for any high school or college graduation getaways.

Cape May is a charming vacation spot I would recommend it highly. Loved dinner at Alethia's and Lobster rolls at Quincy's is the best.

Location was within a a short walking distance to the beach and to the center of town. Clean and well appointed. We all enjoyed our stay.

About the neighbourhood
Perfect for the large family or two up to 8 people. Two blocks from the beach and in Cape Mays Historic District. Off street parking, necessary this close to the beach. Built about 1890 in the Queen Anne style of architecture, the main house was the home of Bean Belly Johnson, caretaker of the grand Stockton Hotel. Originally situated on the corner of Gurney and Columbia Streets, the house and carriage house were moved in 1905 to their present location, to make way for a church which stands there today. The land around our house, known as “Frog Hollow,” was filled and leveled when the Cape May Canal was built around the turn of the century. The Ryon family has owned the property since 1979. We winterized and repaired the main house and rebuilt the old carriage house into a three level V...
