Great location on a quiet lane. The owner was promptly responsive to any question we had or issue with the house. Very well stocked for a large house and more than enough pleasant places to hang-out. Our family has a great stay!

My sister and I rent a shore house every summer for a week with our kids since she lives out of state. We prefer large oceanfront homes, and this house was perfect. My favorite feature were the large decks and water views, absolutely incredible. I we’ve stayed in oceanfront homes that had longer walks to the beach than this house. The elevator was great for move in/move out, we used the dumb waiter for boxes of recycling. Plenty of parking, beds were comfortable, everything worked - honestly couldn’t find any faults with this property, a first. Would definitely rent again.

Peter's LBI beach home was the perfect setting for a milestone birthday celebration. The house is spacious, comfortable and designed for entertaining. I will note the house elevator, which enabled 2 grandmothers to join; it's a thoughtful touch for multi generational gatherings.

We had such a wonderful stay, and the home is in the most perfect location. We had everything we needed and Peter was always available and very quick to respond to any of our questions. Would definitely re-book!

This house was perfect for our large group, including kids, for a winter long weekend. It was spotless and has great ocean views and a lot of communal space. The owner was so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend booking here!

We love this property for our annual family weekend. We missed last year due to the pandemic. It was wonderful to resume it this year at this great home.

This house was absolutely beautiful, spacious and very clean! in addition, the large kitchen was well stocked and the elevator made luggage transport a breeze. There were amazing views from numerous decks and a lovely shaded deck on the middle floor. The location could not have been better with the beach access a few steps from the front door. The owners were welcoming and quick to respond to any questions. I would highly recommend this house and hope to return soon!!
