I have a three bedroom unit that is 1/2 block to the beach and boardwalk... This is my most popular rental for the summer. Unit includes full kitchen, living room, deck, picnic tables, BBQ grills and the best location in Seaside Heights, NJ. They come with off the street parking for two vehicles, cable, Free WIFI, and A/C. The backyard is great for family and friends. Three blocks from the water park. 1/2 block to Karma and the street that has all the clubs. Spicy's on the boardwalk is one half a block away. 21 or older for July, August and September. Proms for the months of April, May and June only and required one 18 year old.. Smoking outside only. No visitors during stay. Quiet hours are 9pm. Credit card on file for damages. Picture ID's for all guest. No pets without permission.

amazing!

so close to the beach/boardwalk and a really cute place to stay! no complaints. george was great with check in and check out and me and my friends slept 7 comfortably in the house.
