SandbrookDuo my 10 bedroom, 8 full bathroom home sits on a mountain stream. I comfortably sleep and entertain 20. This is the home you are looking for to have a family reunion or friends get-a-way. I care about comfort: bedding, linens and towels that you hope for: a dining room your whole group can gather in comfortably; a living room with natural wood fireplace,great for cocktails for the whole group; two game rooms, kids in one, if you want or all together both work. Hey 20 people need multiple chefs ,there are 2 full very well equipped kitchens with new Stainless steel appliances. At the lake beach you have your own exclusive 4 kayaks and 1 SUP. My home is a property of the Whiteface Club Resort which offers: 18 hole Championship Golf Course rated #11 in NYstate, # 4 in historic courses, 6 clay tennis courts and beautiful gardens.
