Guests have use of beach chairs and umbrellas, 5 bicycles, 3 surf boards, 2 boogie boards. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and night life. Walking distance to the LIRR train to Penn station in Manhattan. Train ride to Penn station is 50 minutes. It is an active community filled all summer long with events like concerts on the beach, movies on the beach, and art festivals. Property is only available for the month of July and August.
