Two miles from public boat launch at Dean's Cove. Overnight docking not allowed. Complimentary wine tasting at Lakeshore Winery, just across the road. Use of kayaks. No dishwasher or laundry facilities. We are on public water - no need to bring bottled water.

Sweet little cottage right on the lake. Annie made sure we were all set when we arrived and was very knowledgeable of the area. We wished we could have stayed longer and recommend this location to anyone, especially dog owners!

Close to Seneca Falls, Waterloo, Geneva, Ithaca, Auburn and Watkins Glen, as well as many state parks, historic sites, Merry-Go-Round and Hangar Theaters, Waterloo Premium Outlets and Finger Lakes Mall, and del Lago Casino.
