We booked this property for my husband, adult daughter and I to spend Thanksgiving week together. I just can't say enough great things about this house. The location was amazing, the view was just spectacular, and the house was beautiful...exactly as advertised. We so enjoyed the open, great room effect of the upstairs. It was wonderful to be able to be in the kitchen and still have access to the family room where the TV is. We had a fire every night and that just added to the coziness of it all. The bedrooms were wonderful and very comfortable. The house had all the extras you would need. I would highly recommend this property. Bill was wonderful to work with. We would love to come back and experience this stunning property in the summer.

This was our 3rd stay at this impeccably clean, roomy & centrally located home, but the 1st time in the Fall. Perfect for a change of scenery remote work week; we had our own spaces and great internet on separate floors! We even squeezed in a few nice walks on the beach , just moments away. Bill was very responsive, as always., to quickly resolve a heat furnace issue when an unexpected cold snap popped up. We also totally enjoyed a cozy wood fire on a stormy night: Bill thinks of everything and provides buckets of kindling & wood stacked outside and very thoughtful fireplace gloves. We had a different L.I. experience this time and found 'new' places to explore and wine & dine since many of our usual haunts closed for the season in late October. For fine dining, we'd highly recommend Stone Creek Inn in East Quogue; for seafood casual we'd recommend The Oar House in Patchogue & Bostwick's Chowder House in East Hampton both open for L & D and all 3 within about 20 minutes of the house. We'd highly recommend this comfortable home away from home in any season and look forward to our next trip!

This house is amazing! My family enjoyed everything about this property. The rooms are spacious and beds comfy. Bathrooms are lovely with great showerheads. It is stocked with everything you could possibly need and more including tons of extra blankets and pillows. The view is amazing. We spent many hours sitting on the decks watching the boats and wildlife. There is a small group of ducks on property that we watched while drinking our morning coffee and our evening drinks. Bill was so nice and easy to reach with any questions. I had friends and family members stop by who live on long island and express interest in renting the property because it was so peaceful. It was so hard to say goodbye to this wondeful retreat. We cannot wait to come back!!

Wonderful house and the owner is fantastic and helpful.

This rental was clean, well kept and easily accessible. So relaxing to sit on the deck and watch the sunsets while listening to the ocean. We will certainly be back to visit this property again when we return to Long Island. Highly recommend this property to anyone who requires a family type home for a rental.

The beach house has everything you need for a family vacation. Five-minute drive to the beach. Easy drives to Patchogue, Port Jefferson, Sag Harbor, Montauk, Greenport and all the wineries in between. Or just sit back and enjoy the view from the upstairs or downstairs decks. Great communication with the owner. I highly recommend.

This is a fantastic location, perfect house, clean, incredibly well equipped, perfect setting, ultra quiet location... we just can't say enough about how great it is. Super close to the beach, fantastic fresh seafood market nearby ( Mastic Seafood) - great farm stands. Bill was incredibly responsive to all our questions and needs. We will return again next year and more.!! Bill thank you for sharing your lovely home !

Bill's place is exactly as described and better. The duck/swan food is really thoughtful and fun! The three kayaks were enjoyed by everyone ages 7 to 50 and between the double deck, pier and gorgeous house, there was plenty of room for both sun and fun for our family and friends. Bill was quick to reply when we had a question too. We look forward to visiting Mastic Beach again. Thanks Bill!

This is our second time revisiting this wonderful house. I can’t say enough about the incredible location of the house-on the water, incredible views, 15 minutes walk from fire island beach. Bill is a wonderful host that even made sure to get a tandem Kayak for our second visit, in addition to the 2 he had, so we could go kayaking as a family. The house is super clean, very specious and have everything we needed-kitchen equipment, laundry, grill on the terrace, you could go fishing from the doc, and the highlight is the outdoor shower! Clean and close to the beach, this home was perfect for our family get away. Beds are great, kitchen stocked, towels in good condition, decks are large and great, kayaks are in good condition, living area is very spacious and open, beach is great for kids, Stop and Shop close by, great area and neighbors. By far the cleanest rental we have stayed at. Bill was amazing! So accommodating and thoughtful. Thank you for the memories!
