The apartment is very comfortable, according to the descriptions given. The blocks around the house are nice but the neighborhood is not very pretty. Only 2 subway lines arrive, but you have to be alert on weekends as they don't stop at all stations. We had a very good experience. Thanks Matt for your hospitality

The apartment was very clean and had all the extras one would want in a home away from home: TV, blow dryer, dish washer, clean towels and even toiletries! It’s a 2 minute walk to the subway that gets you to manhattan in about 30 minutes. Matt was available via txt and always responded quickly. Lots of food and grocery stores nearby. We enjoyed our stay!

This property is in close proximity to subway & grocery stores. Was remarkably quiet with bedroom at back. The neighborhood was a bit questionable for us Midwest folks, but never had a problem.
