Everything was incredible and the house was beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to come back! The owners were great and easy to communicate with.

We got married nearby at the winery and stayed here with our wedding party for the weekend..we had so much fun! The views are incredible and waking up each morning and seeing the sun rise over the bay was absolutely incredible

Very spacious house, nice bedrooms. Kitchen was small for the number of people and needed some repairs as well as new coffee maker. Deck and Hot tub needed cleaning but we came at the end of season probably after a lot of use. Had trouble using the TVs. Overall experience though was positive! A wonderfully spacious place for family get togethers.

Our family -- 18 in all -- enjoyed our week at this wondering home in Fair Haven. Some of the things we enjoyed the most: + outdoor seating for meals with amazing lake views + two refrigerators and dishwashers (yay!) + the kayaks --- my daughter went kayaking for the first time! + so many bedrooms and bathrooms (we never felt crowded) + the pool table and theater room. Great for the kids in the evenings Bernie was great -- friendly and responsive to any questions. Would highly recommend.

We have just returned from a couples weekend (8 couples) at the Imperial. There are no words for how impressed each couple was with the accommodations. The weather was perfect for being outside for playing cornhole during the day, having breakfast and lunch on the deck and a perfect fire around the firepit at night. We also enjoyed hanging out at the boat house with cocktails before dinner each night. We all agreed that we needed at least a week or so to enjoy all the Imperial had to offer. We will be back again next year. Thanks to Bradley and Bernie for being such gracious hosts. (We had several people who enjoyed watching college football on the big screen on Saturday.)

We had a family reunion of 21 ages 2-85 and what a wonderful week we had. The house was perfect and the owners very nice to work with. A well equipment kitchen and the second area worked out well for us as the kids drinks were in that fridge and kept the traffic out of the cooking area yet supervised. High water was not a problem as the owner made a new - higher dock. Wonderful time had by all.

Our group of 14 (3 families with adult children) rented this home for a New Year's weekend get-away. The house was the perfect size for our group and never felt crowded. The kitchen was great and everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. Even with the cold and snow we were able to get out and enjoy the hot tub and walk to the winery down the road as well as the lake. Seeing the sunrise over the bay in the morning was priceless. We hope to be able to rent this place again.

This past weekend we rented this home for our yearly family get together. Our family consists of 20 people ranging in ages from 6 to 80 years old and we absolutely loved it. The gazebo by the water is awesome, and the home theater and game room provided something for everyone to do. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms well placed throughout the home. I look forward to returning next year.

Our large group (ages 5-75) stayed here for our family reunion. This is the first vacation rental that everyone agreed we would want to return to for our next reunion. We have rented vacation homes all over New England and this was the best by far. The home was in excellent shape, the owners were very pleasant and responsive to all questions, and the location on the bay was fabulous. The owners take great pride in this home and it shows. The double dish washers and refrigerators were great to have. The beds and linens seemed almost brand new. On the waterfront our group fished, swam, and kayaked We rented a boat with skis and a tube for part of the week which added to the fun. We walked to the state park a few evenings to watch the gorgeous sunset over Lake Ontario. This home was better than advertised!
