Apt location is within walk distance to a public lake, a farmer next door offering fresh beef and horse pulled wagon rides, within 100m a wellness center (spa), all is next to the public townhall bldg and next to a city bus stop find additional parking there as well, within walk distance the public lake offering pedal boat rental during summer near public camp ground, go shopping at Netto, Kik, Aldi, Penny....Lidl.... Wasgau's german bakery is even open on sundays.... treat yourself for breakfast there.
