Great care was taken to set us up for a relaxing and enjoyable stay at this well designed and appointed cottage. The hosts made sure we knew they were available while giving us complete privacy. The market next door was a great place for salads and sandwiches. The town had some nice restaurants and the many beautiful parks with great hiking nearby gave us plenty to do. We would love to come back in colder weather to experience the cottage in a different season.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The cottage is beautiful, clean, bright, cozy, there is so much detail in every corner of the house, it is definitely a place the hosts have put a lot of thought and effort to make it perfect. The hosts were wonderful and very friendly. We look forward to coming back again in the fall 🍁

Property was set up with everything we needed. Gorgeous views- trees on all sides. Lots of wildlife around, including a heron on the pond. Quiet and cozy.

We came up to Warwick for a relaxing stay and that's exactly what it was. Very clean, the host were amazing, and the restaurants in the area were great.

They were very thoughtful in putting amenities in the place. Location was right in the middle of warwick and greenwood lake. There is also a deli that's walking distance. The drives around the area are scenic. People around the area are super kind.

My fiancé and I were able to enjoy this majestic cottage in Mill Pond while celebrating my son’s West Point graduation. There was every detail taken into consideration from coffee and mints to robes and slippers.

Location was perfect. Cottage was immaculate. Waterfall is breathtaking. We had a very relaxing yet eventful stay. Wineries, downtown Warwick and even a drive in movie close by. Ice cream shop down the road and even the convenience store that was walking distance was great. Nice places to visit in the neighborhood and you always have a stunning secluded cottage retreat to start and end your day. Accommodations were excellent. Hosts make it extra enjoyable with surprise niceties. We highly recommend this cottage. It's extra warm and fuzzy you will be sure to agree.

The cottage is an amazing place for a real relaxation and it's impeccably arranged. The waterfalls effect is such an amazing experience. We will definitely come back and stay even longer.
