We loved it! Perfectly situated to walk to breakfast and dinner in town. Close to wineries. Parking was provided. The house was cute and historic. Comfortable. No effort to clean up. Soap, shampoo provided.

The description and photos of this property is misleading. I wish I could give this house 0 stars. My friend and I were excited to stay at this house after viewing the pictures online. I was so appalled at the cleanliness (or lack thereof) of this dump when we arrived, which was not at all as the pictures had shown. The bathroom had black mold and the tub was dirty! Upstairs we were met with unmade beds with dirty linens. That’s the LAST thing you want to see when you show up to a place where you’ll be spending the night. Also, you would think you’d be met with a clean toilet, instead of a disgusting dirty toilet with the seat left up. Needless to say, we left straight away! I told the owner I was leaving, the only thing he offered was to have the cleaning service come in the morning. I’ve requested a refund numerous times with no response. $1000 down the drain….WHAT A THEIF! STAY AWAY!

It was a nice, quaint place. The only drawback is that the bathroom is only downstairs so if you need it in the middle of the night, you have to climb up and down the stairs to use it. Other than than that, the owner is very responsive and provides all the necessary amenities. And the location right by downtown Warwick, which is a convenient location for restaurants and coffee shops.
